570 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 570 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 570 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
The 570 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are eligible to use the services we provide in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. 570 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 570 as the platform operator. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any disputes that may arise.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 570 platform. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. If you suspect that someone has opened an account using your information, contact our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 570 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your negligence or disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.
The information you provide during registration must be true, accurate and up to date. 570 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purposes of account verification, payment processing or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 570 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any laws, regulations or third-party rights. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity impersonation or interference with the integrity of the system is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to manipulate or abuse the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with any other individual or allowing a third party to use your account on your behalf.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or impair the normal operation of the platform or the servers supporting 570's services.
- Distributing content containing malware, viruses or malicious code through the platform.
- Participating in any form of collusion or cooperation between users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freeze, cancellation of winnings and, where necessary, legal proceedings.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 570 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a payment method registered in your own name. 570 does not accept deposits or payments from third-party accounts.
Successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed by the system. Any disputes regarding failed or uncredited transactions must be reported to our support team within 72 hours of the incident to allow an investigation to be carried out.
Withdrawals will be processed to the account registered under the same user's name. 570 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit, in order to ensure compliance with our anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the chosen payment method and may take up to 24 business hours under normal circumstances.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 570 are subject to specific additional terms of use. Wagering requirements and bonus withdrawal limits will be clearly stated in each relevant promotional offer.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Limitation of Liability
570 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or external factors such as third-party network outages. The platform is provided "as is" and 570 makes no warranty that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content found on the 570 platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, software and page layouts, is the exclusive property of 570 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reuse any such content without prior written consent from 570.
Third-Party Links
The 570 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational convenience only. 570 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
570 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance or bonuses in the account. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team to initiate an orderly account closure process.
Changes to These Terms
570 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice published on the platform or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
